***Driver nominations come by way of; letters of recommendation from customers, dispatch etc. Once a nominee has been picked they are graded on safety, log books, paperwork quality (i.e. how diligent they deliver PODs, trip sheets etc.. via Transflo).
Congratulations to Menno Falk (520), for May 2014′s Driver of the Month. Menno is no stranger to this award, less than a year ago he won Driver of the Month for September. Menno has been named a nominee SIX (6) times in the past 3 years! Outstanding!
Congratulations to Ray Friesen (570) for February 2014′s Driver of the Month. Ray has been driving for Payne for almost 10 years, and is part of our dry van division, dispatched out of Winnipeg. Congratulations to Conard Frampton (211) for December 2013′s Driver of the Month. Conard is no stranger to this award, he has won before and continues to show up on the list of drivers being nominated.
Congratulations to Ron Webster (777) for November 2013′s Driver of the Month. Ron started with Payne back in 2000, the company’s start-up year! Ron currently works in the Dry Van Division, dispatched out of the Winnipeg branch. Ron has received countless nominations for the Driver of the Month & he has received runner-up to Driver of the Year. When we asked Dale Djorklund (Load Planner) to share a word or two about Ron… he responded,
